1. The company ensures workplace health and safety every year by strengthening safety awareness, risk identification, and emergency response capabilities for both new and existing employees. Emergency response teams were set up according to the functions of each area, and a complete reporting and response mechanism was established to strengthen workplace safety protection. In terms of health promotion, we conduct regular health checkups for employees, promote health education and awareness campaigns, implement preventive medicine concepts, and enhance each employees' health management and self-care awareness. In the meantime, to ensure safety of the construction and working environment; we established a sound contractor safety management system, implemented On-Site Safety Training, Pre-Construction Safety Briefing, Construction Site Inspection Mechanism, strengthens safety training for internal engineering management personnel, ensuring that the construction work complies with safety regulations. Through continuously improved management systems and training programs, the company continuously improves occupational safety and health management performance, fulfilling Corporate Social Responsibility; striving towards the goals of zero accidents, healthy workplace, and sustainable operations. In 2025, a total of 2,109 people participated in training and awareness sessions, totaled 1,940 hours.

 

2. The company has obtained ISO 45001 Occupational Safety and Health Management System certification and the certificate expires on 2028.01.05.

 

3. In 2025, a total of 8 cases of incident with 8 people involved, taking 0.8% of the total employees occurred. Occupational disaster accidents are jointly investigated by the unit supervisor, labor representatives and occupational safety personnel. After analyzing the case of the accident, risk control is used to prevent the recurrence of disasters through hazard identification.

 

4. In 2025, there were 0 fire incidents, and the ratio of casualties to the total number of employees was 0.
